Our product is nationally known and is a favorite for locals and tourists alike!
We are seeking team members who are available to work full time with weekend/weekday availability - we offer very flexible schedules! The wage is a base rate plus tips, averaging up to $21/hr.
Guest Service team leads are responsible for providing our guests with The Holy Donut experience. This includes excellent and efficient service, a big smile, fun & friendly interactions, and providing excellent product knowledge for our guests. Tasks include accurately packing donuts, cash handling, brewing and preparing coffee, cleaning and doing dishes, use of our Point of Sale system, stocking supplies, completing opening and closing checklists as well as other tasks. All team members take part in the production of our potato donuts and are responsible for cutting, shaping, frying, and glazing to our exacting standards. This is a physically demanding aspect or the role, so we rotate positions to keep things fresh. This is a very fast-paced role.
Team Lead positions are for experienced leaders who are looking to join a growing company. The focus of a team lead is to oversee daily shifts, train and develop staff, perform opening and closing procedures, and work alongside GSAs with daily guest service tasks. They’ll deploy production as needed and ensure a smooth guest experience while cultivating a fun & safe work atmosphere.
