The Home Depot is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our asset protection department, you will be responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud.
**Responsibilities:**
- Minimize loss to the company by identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring physical security, and auditing Electronic Article Surveillance.
- Drive a shrink elimination culture in the store by interacting with associates, vendors, and customers to promote a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Prepare accurate and detailed case reports documenting apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, and testifying in criminal and civil court actions as needed.
- Report any hazardous or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty and carry out job responsibilities in a manner that minimizes risk of injury to yourself and others.
