The Manager of Learning Execution (LEM) is responsible for the successful execution of training for Store Support Center (corporate office) associates. The LEM designs and manages the learning execution processes to drive consistent participation across a complex and diverse set of client groups. The LEM serves as the primary point of contact and builds relationships across a variety of business, HR, and Learning partners to accomplish goals, drive learning execution, and provide excellent customer service. The LEM identifies opportunities to drive efficiencies and leverages resources to create broad, scalable execution solutions. The LEM uses strong technical skills to create and deploy curriculum and reporting solutions within the Learning Management System (Knowledge Depot). The LEM is responsible for forecasting training demand and event planning to ensure that training schedules meet the needs of the business. The LEM assesses the impact of training on business and individual performance through a variety of evaluation methods, and creates action plans for continuous improvement. The LEM is an important partner in planning for future strategic initiatives and expansion of training.

Environmental Job Requirements:
Environment:
1. Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Learning & Development, Human Resource Development or related field
- 2 years in retail industry or Home Depot equivalent
