Merchandise Execution Team Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Merchandise Manager to oversee the merchandising operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for retail. This role is crucial in driving sales and ensuring that our merchandise is presented in an appealing manner to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.

Duties

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company goals and enhance the shopping experience.
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales trends and make informed decisions regarding product placement and promotions.
• Lead, train, and develop store staff in effective merchandising techniques and customer service practices.
• Oversee the setup of displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product availability.
• Monitor POS systems to track sales performance and inventory turnover.
• Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.

Experience

• Proven experience in store management or merchandising within a retail environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Proficiency in retail math to analyze sales data effectively.
• Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator for creating promotional materials is a plus.
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for enhancing customer interaction and service.
• A background in training development is beneficial for fostering team growth.

Pay: $19.73 - $20.29 per hour
