Job DescriptionPro Delivery Specialists (PDS) are responsible for ensuring a flawless Pro customer fulfillment experience in The Home Depot retail stores. They will minimize friction in all aspects of the Pro delivery process, beginning to end. This role will be expected to engage with Pro customers regarding their orders, be the point of contact for outside sales partners, ensure order accuracy, by partnering with Home Depot’s Order Fulfillment team. As needed, the PDS may be required to operate powered lift equipment and drive to job sites using a Home Depot vehicle.
