You will collaborate closely with internal teams and cross functional partners to deliver and implement innovative media strategies that drive sales, performance and enhance customer engagement; identifying opportunities to drive in-year upsell and ad revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- 20 % Campaign Activation - Support total pod campaign activation through the management of the Pod campaign tracker; Responsible for weekly updates to the tracker capturing campaign initiatives, next steps, and project status
- 50% Execution of initiatives - Partner with managers as well as Pod cross functional teams to support the execution of On-Site and Off-Site Retail Media marketing initiatives; Input trafficking and creative campaign needs into Salesforce and Workfront; Seek necessary vendor approvals on media and creative executions; Provide cross-functional partner teams product and sku details to support marketing initiatives; Attend relevant pod meetings and vendor meetings to stay informed and understand activation needs
- 30% Supplier Support - Support a limited number of Gold supplier(s) translating business objectives into Retail Media marketing programs that drive revenue; Lead vendor meetings, provide real time reporting and manage vendor budget and marcom; schedule and support vendor business reviews; Support upselling opportunities
- This position typically reports to Manager, Partner Management

- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 3 years experience in Retail, retail media sales, marketing and/or a background in marketing campaign management
- Agency and/or media experience is preferred
- Project Management experience preferred
- This role will require exceptional organizational skills, basic understanding of marketing and marketing principals, and ability to multi-task and build strong relationships
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
