Responsibilities :
Engage with warm leads to connect with potential customers to schedule home improvement appointments
Build relationships with customers through professional and friendly communication
Meet and exceed daily call and appointment goals
Maintain detailed and accurate call logs
Persuading potential customers to make a purchase or take another kind of action using a prepared script with price quotations and additional information
Schedule : 8 hour shift
Rotating weekends
Sundays Off
Requirements :
1 year of sales / telemarketing experience (required)
Drivers License (preferred)
Excellent phone communication and people skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
