Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering tailored home improvement solutions. In this role, youll engage with potential clients, build lasting relationships, and drive sales of our high-quality home improvement products, including gutters, windows, roofing, siding / trim, and doors.
Duties :
Client Engagement & Sales : Introduce and present our comprehensive home improvement product range to potential clients through in-person consultations and demonstrations (No cold calling required).
Needs Assessment & Solution Building : Conduct in-depth assessments of customer needs and provide customized solutions that align with their home improvement goals.
Education & Consultation : Use your expertise to educate clients on the benefits and features of our products, ensuring they feel confident in their purchase decisions.
Exceptional Customer Experience : Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process, from initial consultation to post-sale support.
Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong, professional relationships with clients and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Sales Reporting & Tracking : Accurately track sales metrics, including customer quotes, orders, and follow-ups, and provide weekly reports to management.
Post-Sale Support : Serve as the point of contact for customers after the sale, liaising with internal teams regarding financing, contract changes, quality assurance, and project updates.
Product & Installation Knowledge : Visit job sites to gain firsthand knowledge of the installation process, ensuring you can provide clients with accurate, up-to-date information.
Sales Goals : Meet and exceed company benchmarks for close ratios and Net Sales per Lead Issued (NSLI).
Required Qualifications :
Proven success in outside sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree a plus).
Compensation & Benefits :
Compensation : 100% Commission Based : $90,000 - $200,000 per year, with uncapped commission
