Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering tailored home improvement solutions. In this role, you’ll engage with potential clients, build lasting relationships, and drive sales of our high-quality home improvement products, including gutters, windows, roofing, siding/trim, and doors.
Duties:
Client Engagement & Sales: Present our home improvement products to clients through in-person consultations (no cold calling).
Needs Assessment & Solution Building: Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
Education & Consultation: Educate clients on product benefits to ensure confident purchasing decisions.
Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and collaborate with internal teams for seamless service.
Post-Sale Support: Act as the primary contact for customers post-sale, coordinating with internal teams.
Product & Installation Knowledge: Visit job sites for hands-on product and installation knowledge.
Sales Goals: Meet and exceed close ratios and Net Sales per Lead Issued (NSLI).
Required Qualifications:
Proven success in outside sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree a plus).
Availability: M-F, Sat mornings
Compensation & Benefits:
Earn 100% commission during the first 90 days. Afterward, enjoy a $20,000 base salary plus commission and monthly bonuses. On-track earnings range from $90,000 to $200,000 annually, with uncapped commission potential.
