Garden Center Maintenance
We are a locally owned garden center and have a position open for someone who wants to work outdoors at our garden center. You will be responsible for standard preventative maintenance on a variety of vehicles including 4-wheeler, golf carts and tractor. Ability to pull a trailer is preferred.
Other duties will include unloading plant deliveries, stocking plants in the nursery, lifting heavy bags of soil/mulch, operating the tractor to load bulk mulch, rock and soil into customers vehicles (training provided).
Perfect job for someone that likes to do a variety of things instead of the same thing over and over. Your schedule could include weekends but you will have 2 consecutive days off during the week.
We are open 8-6 Mon - Sat, and 10-4 on Sunday. This is a full time position, not seasonal work. Paid vacation and employee discount provided.
Wage depends upon experience, $14 - $16 range, a valid drivers license with a good driving record, experience pulling a trailer or operating a tractor are plusses.
