What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ranch Hand/Laborer position at The Home Ranch?
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual who enjoys getting their hands dirty doing a variety of general labor jobs around the ranch. This role requires physical strength, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions. Previous experience or skills are great but work ethic is most important.
Responsibilities:
- Support seasonal projects such as haying, landscape construction, snow removal.
-Perform general repairs and maintenance around the ranch as needed.
Assist with fencing, irrigation, and landscaping projects
-General labor work around the ranch, ranging from fencing and trail clearing to moving furniture and cleaning vehicles
-Safely operate ranch equipment (tractors, skidsteers, chainsaws, etc.)
-Experience with hand and power tools and equipment operation is helpful.
-Work closely with ranch management to ensure a smooth operation.
-Occasionally assist with guest-facing tasks, depending on ranch events.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
