Excavator Operator

Job Overview
We are hiring machine operator with CDL license. Who is capable of reading plan and good with elevation and engineering plan reading. Inquiry in person with clean driving record.We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, specifically excavators, to assist in various construction projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction site operations and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

• Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform backhoe operation for digging, trenching, and grading tasks.
• Assist with horizontal drilling as needed for utility installation.
• Utilize tankers and water trucks for site preparation and dust control.
• Collaborate with team members to build structures and complete projects on time.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Demonstrate mechanical knowledge by troubleshooting minor issues with machinery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times while on-site.

Experience

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with excavators and Caterpillar machinery.
• Familiarity with construction site operations and best practices.
• Previous experience in paving projects is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge to assist in equipment maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
