The Role:
We’re seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. This position requires working in-office at our Middletown, NY, location every day. It is not remote or hybrid, as collaboration with the team and hands-on involvement are key to success in this role.

What You Will Do:
- Write engaging and compelling website and social media content to showcase our products and services
- Capture photos and videos at project sites for use in marketing materials and campaigns
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including tracking budgets and analyzing lead generation success
- Implement approved marketing initiatives within budget to drive leads and achieve goals
- Coordinate and attend local home shows (seasonal weekends) to represent the company
- Collaborate with the leadership team to support department goals and optimize marketing strategies
What We Need From You:
- 2–3 years of professional experience in a marketing or communications role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Constant Contact, Salesforce, and similar software
- Strong writing, organizational, and time-management skills
- Willingness to visit active project sites for educational purposes and content gathering
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a positive approach to a growing and changing environment
- Clear and consistent communication skills, with an openness to feedback and collaboration
- This is an in-office position based in Middletown, NY. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate to a commutable distance.
