This is new sushi and ramen restaurant in Middletown，We are seeking a Experienced and friendly Server to join our team. you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders, answer questions, and make recommendations as needed.
- Manage tables effectively, ensuring prompt service and efficient delivery of orders.
- Utilize a point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process transactions.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with integrity and precision.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the menu, ingredients, and cooking methods.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
