Job Title: Marketing Liaison
The Marketing Liaison is accountable working alongside the Marketing
Director for the entire sales process: building prospect base and referral
base, maintaining the online sales tracking database, meeting and
exceeding all weekly sales goals and benchmark conversion ratios,
generating tours and securing deposits for move-ins. The ideal candidate
also has experience in relationship-building with professionals in effort
to generate leads and referrals to the community. Above all, you will
exhibit a passion for serving seniors while contributing to the positive
environment our residents are proud to call home.
Responsibilities:
- Assists Marketing Director with phone inquiries and walk-in visitors
- Assists Marketing Director with the responsibility for outside
Bingo, Health Fairs, Career Fairs, Physician Offices, etc.
- Discover the needs of prospective residents and their families and
potentially, a move to Independent Living, Assisted Living or Memory

- Create and cultivate productive relationships with other businesses

Qualifications:
- Must have compassion for and desire to work alongside our aging
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2-5 years of experience OR 4-6 years past
- Must possess a general knowledge of laws and restrictions regarding
limits of other levels of care within senior living.
- Thoroughness & detail oriented.
- Goal- and result-oriented, as well as self-motivated.
- Superior analytical, project management and organizational skills.
- Sense of professional curiosity, desire to learn new things, and to

- Valid Driver’s License required
