We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food for catering events, ensuring high standards of quality and hygiene.
- Set up and break down catering equipment as needed.
- Provide excellent guest services by greeting attendees and addressing their needs during events.
- Support culinary staff in food preparation tasks as needed, including coffee service and buffet setups.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before, during, and after events.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of catering services.
- Handle guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism to enhance guest relations.
Experience
- Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or food service environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A commitment to providing outstanding guest services and maintaining high standards of quality in all tasks.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and rotating Saturdays as required by event schedules.
