Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled food production associate to carry out day-to-day tasks to fill customer demands. Must have a good sense of food preparation and knowledge of kitchen systems, equipment, and processes. Applicant must be able to read and follow recipes and have an eye for presentation and details.
Duties
- Follow and adhere to State and Federal Food Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely within the production facility.
- The ability to problem solve, convert measurements, and compute calculations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- The ability to stand for long periods and safely lift 50 lbs.
- Work efficiently in a mass production environment
- Detail-oriented and muti-tasker
Skills
- Experience working in a kitchen or food production setting is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience working with various kitchen systems and equipment is essential.
- Knowledgeable with following recipes and can convert measurements or calculations to larger or smaller scale as needed.
- Familiarity with mass food production, processes, and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
