Job Summary
The Reservationist has two primary responsibilities. One is to use our systems - RDP, Track, and Brevo - to help guests choose and reserve accommodations that they will enjoy. The other is to carry out administrative tasks related to the guest's accommodations. In carrying out those responsibilities, the Reservationist is to exemplify our commitment to serve with honesty, passion, respect and pride. Compensation includes an hourly wage, seasonal bonus, and incentives which range from $6,300 to $11,200 per Reservationist in previous years.
Responsibilities
To clarify the above:
§ Ensures that guests in the reservation process are receiving complete and accurate information about the resort and the accommodations it offers.
§ Makes each guest reservation in a timely, accurate, and complete way.
§ Completes daily tasks at or above standard and accurately reports on the same.
§ Acts as an ambassador for the area and a steward of the environment within it.
§ Assists in completing projects benefitting all salespeople using Microsoft Office applications.
§ Posses and maintains professional and interpersonal communication skills
Requirements
The successful candidate will:
§ Have high moral standards including complete honesty.
§ Behave in a manner that embraces the resort's core values and protects its reputation.
§ Communicate detailed information about the resort and area completely, accurately and effectively.
§ Do all tasks efficiently and timely by learning and utilizing the systems and tools provided.
§ Strive to exceed guest expectations and motivate team members to do the same.
§ Use ethical standards and sound judgment when working with team members and addressing and resolving guest concerns.
Compensation
Hourly wage from $16.00, with seasonal bonus of $1.60 per hour , performance-based incentives ranging from $3.16 per hour, to $5.82 per hour, paid vacation, health insurance, life insurance, access to a 401k retirement account, free golf and skiing, and employee discounts.
