Function
Responsible for developing and maintaining the internal compliance program including BSA compliance and AML; ensuring adherence to the institutions policies and procedures, consumer regulations, and federal and state regulations; communicating with department managers; providing compliance training; acts as BSA Officer.
Education
B. S. degree in Business Administration or a related field or a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience
Minimum of three (3) years banking industry experience or specialized compliance training and a thorough knowledge of applicable banking regulations.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, must be detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Hours
The successful candidate must be able to work a 40-hour work week. A typical schedule will be Monday-Friday from 8 : 00 a.m. 5 : 00 p.m.
