About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Financial Services Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for cross-selling bank products and services, as well as managing the Financial Services area including direct supervision of personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain value-added relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and offer personalized solutions.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to existing customers.
- Manage the Financial Services area, including direct supervision of personnel.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A valid FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 63 & 65 or 66 license, and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.
- A minimum of 2 years' previous securities experience.
- Proficient keyboarding and PC skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized work habits.
Work Schedule
The successful candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
