The Honey Do Service in Chattanooga is actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager/Production Foreman to our team. Our Foreman is responsible for the oversight of our master craftsman and remodeling projects.
Our ideal candidate is organized and professional with a good overall knowledge of all trades and solid history of time management. As a handyman/remodeling company, all trades from rough and trim carpentry, interior and exterior surface repairs (sheetrock/siding), structural repairs, plumbing, electrical, etc. are supervised. A proven record of skills mastery and productivity, achieved through solid project management and a commitment to continuous improvement is a prerequisite. The right individual for this position will ensure, through integrity-based leadership and solid communication, team member and client partner satisfaction while achieving organizational financial goals.
Benefits, Pay Scale and Schedule
This is a full-time hourly position, with pay based on experience. Base pay is provided during training, with a bonus structure acquired at full assumption of all managerial duties. We offer full benefits including Medical, Vision, Dental, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401K, paid time off and paid holidays. We also perform regular pay reviews, with your first one at 30 days. Work schedule is steady work year-round, with a set Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30. We offer a company vehicle and fuel reimbursement. QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of experience at minimum
- Strong leadership qualities
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to perform carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor electrical and plumbing
- Own standard set of tools to perform the aforementioned trades
- Strong people skills and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Valid Driver's License
- Understanding of building products and equipment rental process
- Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions and a drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.67 - $26.10 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
