Position Overview:
The Social Media Intern will play a crucial role in enhancing The Honey Pot Energy and Art’s online brand through engaging content and community interaction. This role is perfect for a high school or college student looking for part-time, flexible hours. The position is mostly remote with some opportunities to earn bonuses and commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and captions, that align with The Honey Pot’s brand voice and values.
- Schedule and publish content across all social media channels, ensuring consistency and optimal posting times.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, and engage with our online community.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Research and stay up-to-date on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
