Team Leader

• This position requires a valid driver's license, insured and reliable vehicle and the ability to pass a driver's background check.
• Deliveries using personal vehicle required
• Ability to lift 65 lbs.
• Tolerance to heat and cold temps
• Must have potential for further growth and development within company
• Assumes all operational responsibility in absence of management
• Provides outstanding customer service to customers following HoneyBaked sales and service processes.
• Assists with food preparation, including lunch, catering and retail ham and turkey.
• Maintains store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Consistently provides excellent customer service in a friendly and polite manner.
• Responds positively to customer requests or comments.
• Demonstrates superior product knowledge and effectively articulates product features and benefits.
• Takes initiative and remains productive throughout entire shift and takes responsibility for activities within his/her control.
• Consistently follows all processes and procedures to standard.
• Strictly adheres to HoneyBaked safety, security and respectful workplace policies and procedures.

• Consistently reports to work on time and in proper dress code
• Must have reliable transportation
