Key Accountabilities:
- Respond to guest issues and needs immediately.
- Supervise the Housekeeping colleagues so as to attract, retain, and motivate them, while maximizing efficiency and maintaining service levels.
- Coach, counsel and suggest appropriate disciplinary steps.
- Respond to guest issues and needs immediately.
- Effectively "turn" all rooms as expediently as possible.
- Inspect all guest rooms/suites in section daily, releasing rooms only when standards are met.
- Follow-up on any outstanding maintenance issues in guest rooms via maintenance work orders.
- Conduct monthly meetings with room attendants.
- Offer input and assist in annual evaluations for sections' room attendants and house attendants.
- Supervise, motivate and manage people at all levels
General Requirements:
- Must have strong need to be organized clean in all aspects of job
- Past experience in retail or hotel preferred
- Ability to walk for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Strong in spoken English preferred
