Key Accountabilities :
Respond to guest issues and needs immediately.
Supervise the Housekeeping colleagues so as to attract, retain, and motivate them, while maximizing efficiency and maintaining service levels.
Coach, counsel and suggest appropriate disciplinary steps.
Respond to guest issues and needs immediately.
Effectively "turn" all rooms as expediently as possible.
Inspect all guest rooms / suites in section daily, releasing rooms only when standards are met.
Follow-up on any outstanding maintenance issues in guest rooms via maintenance work orders.
Conduct monthly meetings with room attendants.
Offer input and assist in annual evaluations for sections' room attendants and house attendants.
Supervise, motivate and manage people at all levels
General Requirements :
Must have strong need to be organized clean in all aspects of job
Past experience in retail or hotel preferred
Ability to walk for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
Strong in spoken English preferred
