Key Accountabilities
Friendly demeanor and great "connection" with people
Clean, tidy, supply, and update status of each assigned guest room, suite or villa according to set standards
Be helpful to the guests in a courteous manner at all times, and inform Supervisor or Housekeeping Management of any requests.
Report any deficiencies, damages, and unusual circumstances to the Supervisor or Housekeeping Management
General Requirements
Experience in a luxury hotel or other luxury environment
Must comply with all hotel safety rules, must use appropriate safety equipment at all times
Employees must fulfill their performance standards of this position and comply with policies, rules, and procedures of the hotel
Shall be able to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally and / or 10-25 pounds of force frequently and / or 10-20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
