Working alongside Food and Beverage Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Part-Time Service Bartender for The Belvedere Restaurant who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
Serves beverages in an efficient, courteous manner.
Knowledge of all beverages to include liquors and wines as well as knowledge of proper cocktail making techniques.
Service Bartender is also responsible for making coffee drinks for the restaurant team.
Light food running when applicable, ability to carry plates that may be warm or hot.
Maintain bar area & clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment.
General Requirements
1-2 years prior experience in a high-volume setting.
Food Handler and Responsible Beverage Certification.
Able to learn, retain, and present product, menu, and allergy information.
Flexible schedule and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
