The Honickman Companies is seeking a skilled Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team. As a Full Cycle Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization.
About the Role:
- Sourcing and recruiting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and candidate selection criteria, and organizing job fairs/recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screening and interviewing applicants, and coordinating pre-employment verification/background checks/drug testing.
- Extending verbal and written contingent job offers, and conducting new employee orientations.
- Maintaining accurate records for applicant tracking and uploading necessary checks/verification in appropriate files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or similar field, with additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirements.
- Two years of relevant experience in talent acquisition role, including full cycle recruiting and utilizing sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a valid Driver's License.
- Experience with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with preference for experience in a union environment.
