The Honickman Companies is a leader in the beverage industry with over 66 years in the marketplace. With offices in the Mid Atlantic Region (MD, VA, NJ and NY), we are seeking a Leave Administrator to be part of our HR Team in our Glen Burnie, MD office.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a key role in providing a welcoming and efficient experience for clients, visitors, and employees. Your responsibilities will include managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, and assisting with administrative tasks to support daily business functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about the company.
  • Support other departments with clerical tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
