We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Norfolk, VA facility. The incumbent will supervise all activities in the warehouse by providing guidance and expertise to the team. This position will supervise the late shift starting at 5pm until the work is complete, Monday through Friday.

Specific Roles And Responsibilities Include
- Develops work schedules and assigns employees accordingly.
- Monitor & enforce all safety policies.
- Complete & review accident reports.
- Evaluate performance of Associates.
- Responsible for ensuring warehouse and grounds are clean and orderly at all times.
- May coach, counsel and provide discipline up to and including termination of employment as necessary or recommend such actions to Warehouse Director.
- May interview and hire qualified person for recent openings and backfills.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and 2 years Warehouse experience; OR 4 years Warehouse experience.
- Familiar with commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a warehouse environment.
- Previous experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
- Previous WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience.
