Responsibilities
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Provide world class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants, and then make them happen!
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements and closing statements for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
Qualifications
You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

- Self-starter and able to perform tasks independently

- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies

- Must have a valid Real Estate License
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

Pay: $93,978.00 - $224,011.00 per year
