The Hop Ice Cream Cafe on Merrimon Avenue in Asheville, NC, is looking for an assistant store manager to join our team and help us bring happiness through ice cream to the people of Black Mountain while managing a small team.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, punctual, organized, and hard-working with some management or shift leader experience and great attention to detail!

- Oversight/ management of a small team of folks
- Food service experience
- Excellent customer service
- With at least 1 year of management/shift leader experience
- Have the confidence to oversee and manage the store and team
- Scheduling
- Ordering & inventory
- Self-motivated
Starting pay is negotiable based on experience. Average credit card tips are included in pay, cash tips are great too. We offer a very flexible schedule and a great working environment!
