Resident Care Specialist
The Horizon Senior Living, III/ Program of Baruch Senior Ministries.
Baruch Senior Ministries, a nonprofit organization, is looking for a dynamic, motivated individual to be a Resident Care Specialist. The Horizon Senior Living, III /Program of Baruch Senior Ministries offers assisted living and specialized care in a homelike environment with a range of care covering minimal assistance, to care for the frail elderly.
As a Resident Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide and manage the care of residents. You will administer medications and treatments while ensuring proper procedures are being followed, ensure residents are being treated with dignity and respect, provide quality care according to their individualized care plan, and ensure resident safety.

Qualified Candidates will possess:

- A High School diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
