Responsibilities:
- Identifies and implements effective recruiting strategies, including developing external relationships for recruitment pipeline.
- Full cycle recruitment for open positions
- Handles employee relations through entire employee lifecycle
- Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees
- Partners with the Corporate HR department as needed/required
- Provides HR policy guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and employee relations
- Valid driver’s license
- Business acumen
- Relationship management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
