We are looking for a front desk / office assistant – full time. The Horton Law Group is a boutique civil litigation law firm located in Boca Raton. The position is live and in person (not remote). Must haves include but are not limited to :
- Common sense
- Organizational skills
- Someone who is pleasant to work with (a team player)
- Someone who can multitask
- Someone who can organize files in chronological order
- Proficient in outlook, excel, word
- Must have a car to run errands
- MUST LOVE DOGS
Job duties include but are not limited to :
answering the phone, drafting basic documents, organizing files, basic office administrative tasks, printing dockets, efiling, scheduling appointments, running errands to post office, court houses, etc. This is an entry level position. There is room to grow with the firm. We are hoping to find someone who is eager to learn, who can tackle these basic office duties in a timely manner and advance either into a legal assistant and / or paralegal role in teh future.
