JOB SUMMARY:
This position will demonstrate the skills needed to inspect, diagnose, and solve problems with machines or
building operations; perform basic repairs and implement preventative measures to ensure equipment
longevity and functionality.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Three years of general building maintenance experience.
- Prior Hospital experience a plus
- Education is equivalent to the completion of twelfth grade. Course work or other appropriate trades training is highly desirable.
