Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using Toast POS System.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests, while checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including pre-bussing tables and assisting others if needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication regarding menu items.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure guest safety.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
- Familiarity with Toast POS System is preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in sales techniques to enhance guest experiences through upselling menu items.
- Previous experience in food service, nightclub, or restaurant settings is advantageous.
