Duties

- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain and repair logic controllers and other automated systems.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or upgrades.
- Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
- Lead small teams during maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Weld components when necessary for structural repairs or modifications.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
Skills
- Strong background in facilities maintenance with hands-on experience in various trades.
