Duties
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations.
- Support the culinary team during meal service, including plating and presentation of dishes.
- Buss tables and assist with banquet setups as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Help with inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.
