Responsibilities
- Take charge of and sustain all systems related to internal communication, team scheduling, company social media for both internal and external audiences, office administration, client communication and events, team retention and recognition, onboarding processes for new agents and staff, and referral management.
- Manage the team owner's calendar and email correspondence.
- Support lead management efforts.
- Assist with listing upkeep and management, as well as organizing open houses and buyer showings when necessary.
- Keep team leaders updated on any issues or challenges that arise and collaborate on developing solutions.
- Participate in weekly one-on-one coaching sessions and training programs.
- Gain proficiency with PLACE Technology.
Qualifications
- A real estate license is REQUIRED for this role

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both positive and straightforward
