¿Eres un/a líder detallista con pasión por crear un ambiente impecable? ¡Estamos buscando un/a Gobernante/a Ejecutivo/a para encargarse de nuestro equipo de limpieza y asegurarse de que nuestro hotel boutique siempre esté limpio, acogedor y listo para recibir a los huéspedes! Este es un puesto práctico donde liderarás, motivarás y gestionarás un equipo dedicado, manteniendo los altos estándares de limpieza y servicio al huésped por los que nuestro hotel es conocido.
Lo que buscamos:
- Un/a líder proactivo/a y organizado/a con pasión por la limpieza
- Experiencia en la gestión de un equipo de limpieza, preferiblemente en un hotel boutique o de pequeño tamaño
- Fuerte enfoque en la satisfacción del huésped y en mantener un ambiente acogedor
- Capacidad para entrenar y motivar a tu equipo para ofrecer un servicio excepcional
- Atención al detalle y habilidad para mantener altos estándares
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y gestión del tiempo
- Se valora experiencia con la programación, gestión de inventarios y sistemas de limpieza
