Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Closing Manager to join our Operations department. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of the purchase process, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of House Match. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a mindset focused on continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Buyers/Sellers to assist them throughout the process, from contract to close, actively managing the contract to close process.
- Help coordinate property inspections, vendors, walk-throughs, and closings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with House Match Agents to provide an incredible client experience
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients, fostering positive relationships and enhancing their overall experience with House Match.
- Consistently seek opportunities for improvements in current systems, processes, and procedures, demonstrating a commitment to efficiency and innovation.
- Organize and maintain client files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Enhance the relationship of past, potential, and active clients through proactive communication and personalized assistance.
- Occasionally attend property inspections and closings, representing House Match and providing additional support to clients and team members.
- Coordinate calendars and scheduling to facilitate efficient appointments and meetings.
- Play a role in implementing and managing the Forever Client Program, contributing to client retention and loyalty.
- Actively participate in team activities, creating a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, demonstrating a dedication to personal and professional growth.
- Enter customer information into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and in a timely manner..
- Track key metrics related to client interactions, transactions, and service quality, providing insights to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to connect with clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
