The Manager of Production / Producer role includes : Generate concept development, overall project plan, timelines, budget, P&L, experience design build plans, fabrication, quality assurance, installation, and project completionDevelop and execute project plan - workback / milestone schedule, graphics matrix, production timeline, labor calls, trucking schedule, contact list, travel, credentials, packing listCollaborate with the Senior Producers, as well as creative and production teams in order to execute a client’s vision while maintaining the client’s brand in conjunction with SMILE’s ethosDirectly communicate and collaborate with the client and the client’s team in order to solidify and amplify ideas and create an internal strategy and deliverables to execute those ideasAssist with client negotiationsNegotiate pricing, payment, and manage vendors to accomplish on-time and on-budget deliverablesConduct research and gather information on each project to achieve quality event productionsActively participate in each production as a “boots on the ground” producer by making site visits, and finding resources / contractors / vendors for event production both before, during and after the eventServe as liaison with vendors on event-related mattersManaging on-site production for events, including internal and external laborClose out all events as requiredIdeation and brainstorming for current and future projects overall.Maximize brand presence not only of our clients, but of SMILE itself.Seniority level Entry levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Design, Art / Creative, and Information TechnologyIndustries Events Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
