Job Summary:
As a BCBA at The House Project, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, ensuring our clients receive exceptional care. Success in this position means building meaningful relationships with clients and their families, leading a team of passionate clinicians, and contributing to the overall growth and development of our clinic. This role is integral to advancing our mission of creating a supportive and empowering environment for our team and clients alike.
Responsibilities:
Assessment and Planning: Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Program Implementation: Oversee the implementation of treatment plans, ensuring quality and fidelity through regular data analysis and adjustments.
Supervision and Training: Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and support staff, offering guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training.
Collaboration: Work closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions across settings.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress notes, and treatment updates, adhering to ethical and professional standards.
Leadership: Contribute to the overall success of the clinic by sharing insights, fostering a positive team culture, and supporting organizational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and related developmental disorders (preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain organization, and meet deadlines.
