What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at The House Project?
Responsibilities:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists, speech therapists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation and records
- Stay current with research and advancements in the field of applied behavior analysis
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Masters degree in psychology, special education, or a related field
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
