Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging equipment and materials.
- Provide support to staff and attendees, ensuring a positive experience throughout the event.
- Help manage logistics, including inventory tracking and supply distribution.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces.
- Collaborate with team members to address any immediate needs or challenges that arise during the event.
Experience
- Previous experience in event support or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
- Basic organizational skills to help manage tasks effectively.
