Program Manager
The Housing Authority of the City of Trenton, New Jersey, is looking for a highly organized and self-motivated candidate for the position of Choice Neighborhood Initiative (CNI) Program Manager. The CNI Program Manager reports
directly to the Director of Redevelopment and will be responsible for managing and ensuring coordination of the implementation of the Choice Neighborhood Donnelly Homes North Trenton Battle Monument Neighborhood
Transformation Plan. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring
detailed work plans, budgets, reporting
systems and communication protocols to
ensure timely completion of Transformation Plan goals and objectives in compliance with HUD and other regulatory agency requirements. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in real estate development, urban planning, engineering, business administration, project management or a related field and a minimum of five (5) years experience working in urban planning, real estate development,
affordable housing, community development, or social work administration. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license. Qualified applicants should
