What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Resident Manager/Housekeeper - Diamond Court Apartments position at The Housing Company?
The Housing Company, a nonprofit organization, has an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Resident Manager/Housekeeper at Diamond Court Apartments. This is an apartment community with 96 apartment homes and many amenities. The need for affordable housing is at an all time high and in this position you will provides an opportunity to help individuals who are in need in the community. This position will be 40 hours per week onsite and is located in Chubbock, Idaho.
Responsibilities in this role are the following:
- Record keeping
- Leasing
- Tenant applications
- Cleaning vacated units and office/common areas
- Assisting in identification of maintenance problems during unit turns
- Performing maintenance or repair work and grounds-keeping duties, as necessary
Qualification required for this role are the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of basic record keeping
- Excellent customer service skills that foster a positive community environment
- Attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Good work ethic
- Self-motivation to do whatever is necessary to ensure the apartment community is clean, neat, and in good working order.
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background
