Join our team as a Fitness Manager and play a key role in the success of our Fitness Department. You'll assist the Fitness Director in supervising daily operations and overseeing scheduling, including responsibilities across Nutrition, Personal Training, Club events, and Fitness Service Agents. We're looking for someone who can interact with staff and members to develop, motivate, lead, and manage a wide range of fitness programs while ensuring high-quality service in a cost-effective manner.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and has excellent communication skills. You should be energetic, enthusiastic, and service-minded, with a deep understanding of fitness trends and a professional appearance. Experience in fitness evaluation procedures, fitness equipment, and industry software is required, as well as a college degree or equivalent experience in a related field. National certification as a personal trainer or fitness specialist, along with CPR/AED/First Aid certification, is strongly preferred.
Your responsibilities will include supervising fitness service agents, personal trainers, and dietitians, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of fitness facilities, and providing leadership to staff. You will also be expected to assist in developing fitness programs and administrative tasks while responding proactively to member feedback. Flexibility is a must, as you may need to work various hours, including some weekends.
