Remodel Sales Manager Position:
The primary objective of the Remodel Sales Manager is to be the “Remodel Selling Arm” of the company to assure Michael F. Simon Builders, Inc. is successful so that the company has the opportunity to be here another 100 years to service past, present and future Clients.
Highlights of the Remodel Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
The Remodel Sales Manager is accountable for effectively managing and meeting or exceeding sales, closing and customer satisfaction goals. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- He/She must maintain unquestionable character, professionalism and integrity at all times.
- To ensure quality standards and homeowner satisfaction goals are met.
- Understand and support the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values at all times and in all work.
- Reply to all Potential New Client’s Request For Information email or phone calls ideally within 24 hours of being received but not more than 48 hours.
- On that Qualifying call qualify the PNC (Potential New Client) by using the PNC Qualifying Sheet gathering all pertinent information.
- Meet with PNC for onsite meeting, collecting measurements and photos along with taking detailed notes.
- Prepare all necessary documents and create a file to work with estimating on proposal.
This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. No weekends.
Remodel Sales Manager Requirements:
- Needs to have experience with: Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Needs to have 5-10 years of experience building and remodeling.
- A 4 year degree isn’t required but would be encouraged.
- Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screen.
- Self-driven without the need to be micro-managed
Remodel Sales Manager Pay:
Target salary including commission is $90,000.
- There is no commission cap, earnings may be higher for a motivated Sales Manager.
The Company will provide:
- A company paid cell phone & Ipad
- Reimburse for business use of personal vehicle at the IRS standard mileage rate
- Rate for 2025 is 67 cents per mile
Remodel Sales Manager Performance Criteria
- The Remodel Sales Manager is accountable for orchestrating our clients and their projects from the point of the qualifying call up to the signing of the Agreement.
- Responsible for orchestrating and ensuring quality standards and Client satisfaction goals are met.
- Responsible for selling Remodels in an efficient manner through effective management of time and company processes and procedures.
