RAA is searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide effective and efficient support and coordination of the administrative requirements of the RAA. This position provides support to the assigned departments through accurate, thorough, and timely travel arrangements, meeting details, database updates, expense reimbursement submissions, contract files, and general administrative support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The following essential functions require superior skills and a demonstrated commitment to the success of the RAA.
Administrative support with surveys, events, meetings, training sessions, research, travel arrangements, meal reservations and catering, expense reports, and budgets.
Communications and social media presence for: discussion series, seminars, programs, and events, government affairs posts, and RAA announcements. Maintain the IMIS database.
Meeting support for regular and ad-hoc meetings including meeting space, catering/dining, travel, agendas, invitations, presentations, bulletins, registrations, and correspondence. Attend various committee meetings to track attendance, keep notes, and take and draft meeting minutes.
Conference & seminar administrative and logistical support assisting with registrations, speaker communications, agenda preparation, CLE applications, on-site support, room arrangements, trouble shooting, feedback surveys, and sponsor tracking.
Government relations and affairs department support to coordinate, schedule, and support meetings and reports. Manage filings including timeline/deadlines, progress of staff deliverables, and reporting to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Travel
Some travel is expected for this position to provide onsite support for educational programs regularly held in Orlando, New York, and Bermuda.
Required Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of administrative support experience
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, & Excel.
- Database input and maintenance experience.
